• I have the right to cancel/close any account without warning.

• You shall not post any content that is deemed to be in any way offensive. This includes, but is not limited to any form of racism, anything of a sexual nature and anything else seen as inappropriate content for this site.
• The decision on appropriate content is completely at the discression of the site owner.
• Terms & Conditions are in addition to those provided by my hosting company (www.2wdhost.com) and you understand that I have to also conform to these in order for the site to be live.

All user information is retained for the sole purpose of using Hypersonicscream.com/OurDVDReview.com. Your information will not be passed on to third parties.

If in the future, the site owner decides that marketing adverts (in the form of banners on the site) are appropriate, he may do so without warning. If you wish to cancel your account at that time, you may do so by contacting cancellations.

No email marketing will be undertaken, and if you receive any e-mails from Hypersonicsream, they will be solely for administrative purposes. If you do receive any form of marketing reporting to be from Hypersonicscream.com/OurDVDReview.com please contact us using the contact form immediately. At this point, the purpose of this site has not been set. By agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this document you agree that the purpose of the site, and the information stored within it may be changed/removed. If your account is to be closed due to the purpose of the site changing, I will attempt to e-mail all site users using their current email address 2 weeks before this happens.

Projects

Submission of projects to the site is completely at the discretion of the site owner. Although you may submit your project details to the site, this is no guarantee that space shall be reserved. Please see additional projects terms & conditions.
